Bogus cheese seized, Greece's long-running crusade to secure sole rights to the term "feta" suffered a setback in early September when the Danish food ministry seized several tons of bogus Greek feta at the Danish border. The cheese purportedly from Greece was actually of Bulgaria origin. Denmark is contesting at EU ruling that grants sole rights to market cheese under the name feta.
